Key Responsibilities
Negotiating lease renewals with existing tenants, ensuring a high retention rate is maintained
Appointing and collaborating with the most qualified marketing agents to secure new tenants for any building vacancies
Continually monitoring market conditions, both from a leasing and investment perspective
Maintaining accurate property-level cashflows
Arranging for independent valuations to be conducted
Driving the performance of external property and facilities managers
Overseeing all capital expenditure
Coordinating building upgrade works
We provide our clients with regular reporting updates and maintain a high-level of communication, often on a daily basis.
