Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiating lease renewals with existing tenants, ensuring a high retention rate is maintained

  • Appointing and collaborating with the most qualified marketing agents to secure new tenants for any building vacancies

  • Continually monitoring market conditions, both from a leasing and investment perspective

  • Maintaining accurate property-level cashflows

  • Arranging for independent valuations to be conducted

  • Driving the performance of external property and facilities managers

  • Overseeing all capital expenditure

  • Coordinating building upgrade works

We provide our clients with regular reporting updates and maintain a high-level of communication, often on a daily basis.
